Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.(Ralph Waldo Emerson)

I am learning that in order to live a happy life it is essential to “Not Worry”.  Just let things take their course, Worrying about things to turn in our favor is considered an expectation.  When you expect things they are seldom in resulting to be what you want them to be.  But if you are patient and optimistic about just dealing with outcomes as they occur.  Then you will get used to dealing with problems and understand that worrying about the outcome before it occurs allows for unnecessary stress.  Call me crazy if you must, however I believe that there is a strong connection between the idea of projecting positive energy into the universe and receiving it back.  I strive to find the positive in everything,  although it is a difficult task it is very much feasible in thought.

Life is precious and you should strive for as little stress as possible.  Worrying about things that you cannot do anything about makes way for health problems.  There are some that I have experienced, for me sometimes it leads to depression, which may result in sleep problems, eating more or less, ulcers and more.  I read an article on stress and I learned some interesting facts myself.  It was written by Melinda Smith, M.A., Ellen Jaffe–Gill, and Jeanne Segal, Ph.D., they stated that the body cannot distinguish between physical and Psycological threats.  This makes so much sense to me, because the longer you worry the more it becomes an obstacle to change that mindset.  The more physical problems you begin to develop as a result.  Check out the article below by Deborah Ailman:

The Law of Attraction tells us that whatever we think about and feel about for an extended length of time tends to manifest itself in our lives. So, knowing that, not only are you making yourself miserable by worrying the end result of your worrying isn’t going to be any better!

Researchers tell us that we have between 60-80,000 thoughts each day and that most of these are the same thoughts we had yesterday and that most of them are negative! So how can we turn this scenario around so that we can get what we want out if life and not what we don’t?

Get yourself a notebook and write down some of these thoughts as you get a chance during your day. At the end of your day, take a look at what you’ve written and get ready to make some changes. First, eliminate the words can’t, don’t, and won’t. Take a sentence that starts with “I can’t” and concentrate on ways that you can make it say “How can I?” Do you see the difference between the words? Then open your mind to the ways that you can make the positive happen. Look for signs, they pop up on the strangest places. You might even read a bumper sticker that can give you an idea. Learn to appreciate all the little things in your life; the beauty of a sunset, the love of a pet, or a phone call from a dear friend. Remember how good these things make you feel and keep reliving that feeling over and over.

The Law of Attraction is ready to give you what you think about the most. Shouldn’t the gift be something that you really want?

So be good to yourself. Treat yourself the way you would your dearest friend. respect and love yourself and your abilities. Then you’ll be on the express track to happiness.
