As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them. (John F. Kennedy)

Do what you say and get what you want.  We should all want better, but we should all pose the question to ourselves, what are we willing to do to get better?  One must allow for themselves to be willing to make their actions speak louder than words, as some may not agree with what you have to say, they have absolutely no choice but to respect you for what you do.

Be meaningful, if you have anything to prove to anyone then make it a promise to yourself, be willing to be responsible for all your efforts, and be open to acknowledging when you are living in denial.  In order to live up to what you verbalize, you must grasp on to owning what you project and never doubt yourself.  When you are in control of who you are as a whole, it becomes very easy to live up to your word, because you know that you are truly capable of doing anything.

We need to find the courage to say NO to the things and people that are not serving us if we want to rediscover ourselves and live our lives with authenticity. (Barbara De Angelis)

Authenticity proves to be the real deal and you should praise yourself on being authentic.  You are a masterpiece that can’t be duplicated, but you can always be reinvented, take some risks in saying no to the old you and take your time in creating the new you.  Love yourself enough to say it is time to be done with denial, limited experiences, bad habits, and unrealistic friends who should actually be referred to as associates instead.  It is time to focus on things that truly matter and friends that are truly friends, if you have people in your presence who constantly take more than what they give, then it is truly reevaluation time.
