An ounce of performance is worth pounds of promises. (Mae West)

Promises, promises, promises.  We all make them to ourselves and others, however we all differ in performance.  The more promises we make, equates to more commitments.  Everyone has their own idea of what individual performance involves, performing at your best is concluded by, making the best decisions to act out your best efforts.  As individuals we effort what we will, and do what we want or need.  A small amount of performance can equal a load of promises. Unlike, the say and possibility of cancel option for promises, performance requires, effort.  It is sometimes every easy to prefer things that require little or no effort, but it is much more beneficial to take the challenge, instead of running from it.

There’s no such things as coulda, shoulda, or woulda. If you shoulda and coulda, you woulda done it. (Pat Riley)

Do it now, and you won’t be able to complain about it later.  I always feel that we shouldn’t push-off for tomorrow, what we can do today.  Our lives are very hectic and complex, but the better we strive to perform more, the better we feel about our accomplishments; pay less attention to things that we didn’t achieve.  We only live once, so live the best one time possible and regret nothing, because if it were meant to be, it would be.
